I placed an order for a birthday gift for my wife. There was a blip in their software somehow I didn't even know about it, they jumped right on it sent out a replacement like the same day. That's customer service. They were proactive with the problem and I didn't even know about it.
I have to assume they are family, owned, and operated, like we are because you don't get service like that anywhere these days.
